Carbon Steel VS Stainless Steel Flanges
Different from stainless steel flange, the carbon steel pipeline flanges have a greater carbon content. This high content of carbon is what gives the carbon steel plate flanges a reduced melting point. An enhanced carbon content in the cs slip-on flanges makes them more flexible. The production process of flange
YARONG company's flange manufacturing process is divided into two kinds: casting flange and forging flange
The forged flange is generally lower carbon content than cast flange and is not easy to rust. The forging has a good streamline, compact structure and better mechanical properties than cast flange.
Forgings can bear higher shear force and tensile force than castings.
The advantages of casting are that it can produce more complex shape and lower cost.
The forging has the advantages of the uniform internal structure and no harmful defects such as pores and inclusions in the casting.
The process of forging flange is generally composed of the following processes, i.e. blanking, heating, forming and cooling after forging. The forging process includes free forging, die forging and die forging. In production, different forging methods are selected according to the forging quality and production batch.
The general processing and manufacturing procedures of the flange: purchase of raw materials → cutting and blanking → solid solution → forging and forming → lathe finishing.

We make products according to drawings or standards, strictly until they reach your 100% satisfaction. We, II be unconditional replace the poor products once get the confirmation of defected products.
How to place the order?
* You send us drawing or standards.
* The sample will be sent to you once it is finished.
* After the sample be confirmed, then you place an order and pay us 30% deposit
* We start to make the product
* We take photos for your check and you then pay the balance
* We arrange shipment
Is it possible to know how the product is going on without visiting your company?
We will offer a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
Samples will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days for new mold products. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and processing technology. But we always try to meet customers' requirement by adjusting our workshop schedule. Generally, the lead time is about 15-35 days
How is terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. most convenient one is selectable according to your demands.
